Local Delivery

Orders placed before 11am AUS will be shipped within 3 working business days, dispatched from our Sydney warehouse. We work with international delivery companies such as SF Express and DHL to ensure that you have the best experience. All orders will require a signature upon delivery. Tracking for your order will be advised at the time your order is dispatched.

*Please make sure to provide your contact number during checkout as it is a must for courier arrangements*

Sever weather conditions, influx of orders during holiday season may also affect deliver times but we will keep you posted.

Tracking your order

We are doing our best to deliver your products to you quickly during Covid, working closely with our international shipping partners. Once your purchase is on its way to you, an email with link will be sent so you can track its progress.


Australia Track and Trace, shipping times 3-7 days

Europe Track and Trace, shipping times 7-12 days

If you don’t see your country on the list please send us a message and we will see if we can prioritize your order in the coming future.

 

Taxes and Duties

We ship to you on a DAP basis, which means the customer will be responsible for local taxes and duties.

 

We currently work with FedEx, SF and DHL to pick up and ship packages. We are also asking customers to double-check shipping addresses before placing orders. Due to increased fraud traffic, address change requests will NOT be approved at this time.
